The server is provided “as is,” with no guarantees or warranties.
The administration reserves the right to change these terms and rules at any time without prior notice.
Violations may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access to the server.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Sharing or using other players’ accounts is strictly prohibited.
Accounts suspected of being compromised or shared may be restricted or permanently banned without warning.

4. Terms of Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications;
  • Circumventing punishments;
  • Behavior that disrupts the experience of other players.

5. Purchases and Refunds

All in-game purchases are considered voluntary, non-refundable, and non-compensable donations.
By donating, players support the development of the server without receiving any legally binding goods or services in return.

Refunds are not available under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Technical problems;
  • Account suspension or bans;
  • Payment errors;
  • Change of mind.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will result in an immediate and permanent ban of all related accounts.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect technical and usage data, including but not limited to:

  • IP address;
  • UUID;
  • Activity logs;
  • Transaction history.

This information is used exclusively for:

  • Security;
  • Anti-fraud measures;
  • Statistics and analytics;
  • Server administration.

Third-party services such as Discord or Tebex may collect and process data under their own privacy policies.

7. Consent and Opt-Out

By:

  • Registering a password;
  • Logging in for the first time;
  • Continuing to use the server after changes are made to this document,
